Hi guys, it's been a while since i created new threads. Today i would like to summarize the working tweaks for both PC and ANDROID and even IOS Devices. First We are going to start with MTN BIS.
HERE AM GOING TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING I KNOW ABOUT MTN BIS, HOW TO BROWSE WITH IT, HOW TO USE IT, AND HOW TO MAKE ANY TUNNELING SOFTWARE WORK WITH IT.
BUT FIRST WHAT IS BIS.
BIS(BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE ) is a package set up by any ISP or telecommunication company in partner with the BLACKBERRY COMPANY Itself.
Here in Nigeria, There many ISP and telecommunication company but the common ones are MTN, AIRTEL, ETISALAT, AND GLO. All this companies are in partnership with BLACKBERRY COMPANY. That is why you can see some blackberry devices are locked to use only one network. This simply means that i cannot insert a GLO sim into a MTN blackberry device cus it won't work.
Back to Business, When you subscribe to BIS on any network, you are given the permission from your ISP to acess a particular website which opens free. But the Problem is THIS plans are capped at a particular Data. Out of all this telecommunication centres, MTN IS THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO BIS. Their plans is capped at 5GB which is a reasonable sum of data. Once you You reach your 5GB limit, then two things are involved.
Its either MTN throttles your Internet Speed or it's exhausted.
MTN BBLITED PLAN.
THE BBLITED plan is not new to the ears of any internet user. Thanks to BBLITED AND SOME SOFTWARE'S WE CAN NOW ACCESS THE INTERNET WITHOUT MUCH RESTRICTION.
BBLITED was introduced by MTN and it falls under the category of BB10 PLANS.
With the Aid of a TUNNELING SOFTWARE you can now enjoy free internet capped at 5GB at a moderate speed.
Simple server, Openvpn, psiphon, pd proxy, proxtlite, and so on help me list them.
All these SOFTWARE'S mentioned above can be used to surf the internet anonymously.
Before we can be able to acess the internet using this SOFTWARE'S above, we have to subscribe to BBLITED PLAN. By so doing, MTN is now giving us access to only a particular website which would open free. That website is web.blackberry.com
Once you subscribe, you are giving the permission to acess only web.blackberry.com on your phone or pc.
If you want to confirm that, just subscribe and switch on your DATA. Open your browser and type web.blackberry.com
You would see that the website would open.
But if you go ahead and type google.com, it won't open because MTN didn't give you the permission to access the website. For us to be able to acess any website using web.blackberry.com we need some kinda softwares that would help us deceive our ISP(internet service providers ). We call those kind of softwares tunneler. What this SOFTWARE'S does is to deceive out ISP.
For example, remember web.blackberry.com can be accessed for free when you subscribe, but what if you want to visit Google.com and not web.blackberry.com
WHAT you need to do is to make ISP think you are visiting web.blackberry.com but meanwhile you on Google.com

Download Simple server and extract it.
Open it and minimize. Then set your browser to manual proxy and input
proxy: 127.0.0.1
port: 8080
Start flexing

Configure your apn like this
apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
proxy: 127.0.0.1
port: 8080
and save.
Download and install psiphon here
Open choose proxy type and select real host
Custom header should be X-online-host
FOR PROXY SERVER INPUT ANY OF THIS

Real Proxy type select default

Download the latest config file here
Download Openvpn connect on IOS STORE.
Open and click on options and selct import then locate the downloaded config.
Finally click on connect and start blazing.
MTN N0.00 WORKING FLAWLESSLY.
I suggest you should try this with an unregistered SIM for better browsing.
But it also works for registered SIMS.
