NIGERIAN SCHOOLS AND THEIR TEACHERS

I can remember during our primary school days, we use to have a teacher who will also be a mother an aunty,a woman who is matured enough to have knowledge of children's behaviour and knows how to treat a child when he/she has done something wrong, A teacher is not just a mother like but also a guider a counsellor in absences of his/her mother, literally what a child becomes is the work of the child's real mother and the teacher but a times the work of the father on his kid is to discipline him/her remove fear from the child, make him or her courageous and strong, but others is left for the mother to do.
Yet it seems that the parent pay no attention to their kids to see what they are growing up to, yet most of the parents give a little attention to correct their kids the way they want them to be but most parents do not even care all they know is the child is going to school and the kids will live to understand only but the teacher's code of training.
       Technically teachers are like
children God and Lord that's why our teachers should sit up and give this children a moral knowledge and also teach them how to learn not just read and write, because we notice most of the qualified teachers don't know the pupil understand them when they teach them, but children are to understand they know nothing they show all their characters and by that you as a teacher should examine them and be able to understand them that's why teachers job is the hardest of the them all because the produce the future leaders that's why some country like Switzerland value their teachers according to guardian news online they say I quote

"the 30 OECD member countries, teachers in Switzerland get the highest annual salary, an average of $68,000 (£41,000). This is higher than the average salary in the country, which is around $50,000 (£30,000). Switzerland is followed by the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium in terms of having highly paid teachers.

Comparatively, teachers in the UK earn less than the annual UK average of $44,000 (£27,000), receiving just over $40,000  (£24,000) and ranked 13 out of the 30 countries listed. Teachers get paid more in the UK than other European countries. In France, for example, the average teacher salary is $33,000, and in Greece teachers earn an average of $25,000."          (...guardian news online,   https://amp.theguardian.com/teacher-network/teacher-blog/2014/sep/05/how-the-job-of-a-teacher-compares-around-the-world, 2014)

So we can see that here in Nigeria even a WAEC holder can even apply for teacher in any private school all because they need money, if our teachers are paid well they will be serious in education and school at large.
A school is better than others is when the school management disciplines the teachers and the teachers with discipline impacting knowledge to their pupil, and the mistakes didn't just end there, in collage/secondary School the syllable used in 1918 is still what they use to teach them in this modern days, tell me what could be a teacher if he/she prepares well for class yet come to class with a full note written years ago to teach the student and still read it out like it was he/she first time to see it, then what are his or her student expecting in the exams period  since they don't even understand her to understand the book that she uses to teach and this bring about the ruin a school.
Are they still better school that the government can be proud of itself?.
Years after years we still the same no changes no improvement, and after school a person will come out as graduate with PhD
Yet can't explain a solution in single line sentence.
To the government, our own government please try to help our teachers to help us in education because education is the the key to knowledge and with out it we are illiterate of everything, knowing is the answer to some of our major problem and we can't know it without education, to archive it is through school
